Các bộ phận chính của hệ thống phun bi làm sạch

Đầu phun bi: Hiệu quả của đầu phun bi phụ thuộc vào chất lượng của các cánh phun bi được sử dụng. Vì là bộ phận trực tiếp tiếp xúc với các hạt mài nên cánh phun bi dễ bị hao mòn trong quá trình phun. Cánh phun được đúc bằng công nghệ đặc biệt với hàm lượng Cr Ni cao sẽ giúp tăng tuổi thọ cho đầu phun.

Gầu tải: Sau khi các hạt mài phun cát chạm vào bề mặt, chúng rơi vào phễu dưới máy. Tại đó, hệ thống vít xoắn có chức năng xoắn bi tới gầu tải. Gầu tải đưa chúng đến bộ phân li bi bụi ở phần trên của máy.

Bộ phân li bi bụi: Bộ phân li bi bụi có chức năng tách bi và bụi. Các hạt bi tốt được giữ lại để tái sử dụng tuần hoàn. Bụi được hút vào bộ thu hồi bụi và rơi xuống phễu chứa bụi.
