Hạt bi thép và những ứng dụng bạn cần biết

- Các lá thép mỏng
Hạt bi thép làm sạch SAE S390 -> S550 (1.2-1.7mm)
Bi thép kích thước loại này thường được sử dụng nhiều trong ngành kết cấu thép, ngành đúc như đúc gang, đúc cát,…
- Tróc gỉ thép đúc
- Gang đúc cỡ vừa và nhỏ
- Tăng cứng các sản phẩm rèn và làm sạch bề mặt của sản phẩm
Hạt bi thép làm sạch SAE S660 -> S780 (2.0-2.4mm)
- Làm sạch phôi thép đúc
- Các thiết bị như: Gang đúc cỡ lớn
Hạt bi thép tròn thường sử dụng cho máy tự động vì tương thích độ làm sạch và độ nhám. Đôi khi cần nhám thì có thể trộn thêm hạt đa cạnh với tỷ lệ rất ít.
