Máy bắn bi trong xưởng đúc là gì?

Máy bắn bi trong xưởng đúc là loại máy chuyên dụng để làm sạch, tẩy rỉ, đánh bóng vật đúc. Căn cứ vào nguyên lý làm việc, loại máy này được chia thành máy phun bi trong xưởng đúc bằng khí nén và máy phun bi trong xưởng đúc bằng cánh văng turbine điện.

Áp lực bắn

Tùy loại sử dụng cánh quạt để bắn bi hoặc loại sử dụng áp lực khí để bắn. Đối với loại máy phun bi tự động turbine điện thì áp lực phun thường là từ 10-20 Ap. Còn loại dùng khí nén để bắn thì áp lực thường là 8-15kg/cm2.

Kích cỡ bi

Tùy thuộc vào mục đích sử dụng. Nếu chỉ đơn thuần là làm sạch cát bám, hoặc cần tạo độ nhám cho bề mặt sản phẩm, đánh bay các via nhỏ thì cỡ bi thường là 2 mm. Còn nếu muốn làm sạch kèm theo tăng cơ tính bề mặt và cho bề mặt bóng đẹp, có thể sơn được ngay thì cỡ bi thường là 0.8 -1 mm.

Loại máy

Tủ phun cát – Máy phun bi cầm tay trong xưởng đúc

Cái này thì phụ thuộc vào sản phẩm của nhà máy. Nếu sản phẩm nhỏ, trung bình < 200mm thì thường dùng máy phun bi bằng khí cỡ nhỏ, các sản phẩm được đặt trên bàn máy quay, bi sẽ được phun tự động vào hoặc do công nhân cầm đầu vòi phun để phun (hay còn gọi là tủ phun cát) hoặc cũng có thể sử dụng máy phun bi thùng đảo để làm sạch các chi tiết nhỏ với công suất lớn. Nếu sản phẩm lớn và sản lượng nhiều thì chọn loại máy phun bi bằng cánh văng turbine. Sản phẩm được treo trên giá quay trong máy và bi sẽ bắn vào theo 1 hoặc nhiều hướng (Máy phun bi dạng treo).
